In our everyday life, we are often faced with taking decisions. Decisions that affect our behaviour, our incomes, and even such that resulting in material or moral responsibility. We, “Legal Counsellor”, aim to make it easier for you to make these decisions and help you make informed choices. Our Experience has shown us that difficult decisions do NOT exist, there are or such ones not backed with sufficient information.
The Legal Counsellor project aims to make it easier for citizens and businesses to take important decisions that affect their rights and interests. Lately in the Bulgarian legislation we observe tightening regulation in all legal spheres, which creates situations of unintended violation of laws by the individuals or companies to whom they are addressed. As early as the Roman law exists it is known the Latin sentence “Ignorantia legis neminem excusat”, which in translation means “The ignorance of law does not excuse”, which is valid up to date. Often “Unintended” violations and unawareness of certain legal provisions is used to for unlawful application of pressure or other improper measures. Taking in mind this serious public issue, the Legal Counsellor team aims to suppress and eliminate it.
The role of civil society becomes crucial for the economic and cultural development of the Bulgaria. In this regard, we find it essential for us to raise the legal culture of citizens and to assist them with exercising their rights and protecting their interests. We believe that taking active and adequate action, as well as setting a clear strategy, are the key for achieving the goals set for each case. On the other hand, taking a passive position and ignoring a problem, we define as the most wrong way to react when it comes to legal right and obligations. A complete and professional analysis is a must for the successful resolution of any legal problem. For this reason, the Legal Counsellor team strives to attract lawyers with a personal attitude to legal matters and critical thinking, qualities that are fundamental to providing reliable legal advice.
